i do not know about you, but this actually happens to me from time to time. usually when i am outsinde in the dark and alone. thinking about everyday hassles, i sometimes get overwhelmed by this realisation, which is accompanied by a skip of a heart beat, a flash of chest pain and emptiness of mind.
then…i feel good…reset.
